About Us:

The Attitude Change Training Program (A.C.T.P.) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, located in the County of Alameda. The program was founded in 2012, by Ricky Kellogg, who made the decision to create  A.C.T.P., after spearheading a highly-lauded program at San Leandro’s Camp Sweeney a youth facility The program was popular not just among the students, but with the staff members and community leaders as well. Its popularity also caught the attention of a few juvenile court judges in Alameda County.  In 2013 the A.C.T.P. received the Alameda County Probation Department 2013 Employee Awards. It was while working with at risk-juvenile in that environment, that I realized there was a much bigger initiative to bring to life.
